Spotlight on: The Menu at The Roxy
Coming from a fine dining background working in Michelin star restaurants such as Gilt, Marea, and The Breslin for over 7 years, we’re excited to have Chef Joseph Abbruzzese creating a fresh and approachable modern-American menu for The Roxy. Menu highlights include Bucatini Lobster and Guanciale, Grilled Ribeye and Baked Conchiglie Pasta Lamb Ragu. Abbruzzese’s favorite? One of the starters, The Pigs in a Blanket.
Top it off with our new craft cocktails created by Jeremy Oertel and Natasha David (The Donna, Nitecap). Think twists on classics such as Gibson and Julep.
