The Roxy Hotel is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage who will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation with a solid focus on front of house operations and management of the entire guest experience. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a personable disposition, and exhibit a strong floor presence. Experience with all elements of guest service and training as well as the administrative responsibilities of budgeting, staffing, hiring, and controlling department expenses are imperative.
